Compliance Control ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based software service providing fleet compliance management tools for transport operators.

2. Service Description
Compliance Control provides software to assist fleet operators with:
- Daily walkaround checks
- Defect management
- Compliance scheduling
- Driver compliance tracking
- Audit trail functionality
Compliance Control is a software tool only. We do not provide legal advice, regulatory advice, or compliance certification. The Operator Licence holder remains fully responsible for meeting DVSA and legal obligations.
3. Accounts & Access
- Access is subscription-based.
- Access may be suspended if subscription payments lapse.
- Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
- Users must provide accurate information.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Pricing is displayed on our website or agreed in writing.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We do not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree that:
- Data entered into the system is accurate.
- Drivers and staff use the system properly.
- The system is not used for unlawful purposes.
- The Operator Licence holder remains responsible for regulatory compliance.
6. Data Ownership
- Customers retain ownership of all data entered into the system.
- Upon cancellation, customers may request a data export.
- Data will be retained for up to 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
7. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- Our liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory penalties arising from system use.
Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment
- Misuse
- Breach of these terms
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
